Default 20 HP Mercury electric start. No stationary timing mark?

I have tried every forum for Mercury on this issue. This electric start 20 HP has no recoil frame, therefore no stationary timing mark. The rotating Flywheel has 2 stamped marks, but no where is there a stationary pointer on engine. Does anyone know a location to place timing light to.
Again this is an 1980 20 HP ELECTRIC start no recoil housing on this model.
(note) the Mercury manual states the recoil housing has mark or pointer, but this has NO recoil pull start!

?----Put your own timing marks on.-----Use diameter of flywheel divided by 360 to get the distance between marks.
