My 2010 f150 smells hot after I load on trailer. Just had a new impeller installed at dealer a couple of weeks ago. Had a mobile marine guy look at it and he thinks water pump housing is the issue as some parts are melting. So, what’s causing the excessive heat? Will replacing the housing solve it?
