2004 merc saltwater series

Hi, i have a 04 merc saltwater series that the alarm is constantly erratically chirping . Is this most likely an oil float issue? Or should i be looking at sometbing else? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
 
Hello, I have the same issue, I tried changing the T-stats and the water impeller and seems to be working well. It appeared it was overheating. Now, I continue having the 4 beeps for every 2 minutes situation; not sure what would that be for? Would you have any idea?
