Impeller for 9.8 Mercury

I have a 9.8 Mercury that I need an impeller for. I see that ebay has some good prices on them. Do you guys think the ones on ebay are ok to use from vendors in this country??
 
There are 2 different bore sizes too.----Best to see the number on the old impeller ( ends with 47-**** 80 or 81 ) and see a dealer for a good factory replacement.
 
Mine is the 47-89981. I am thinking if it is made in USA it should be good, but not always. There are no mercury dealers close to me.
 
I have used the EMP products with good results. My first choice is always OEM products STAY AWAY from the cheap overseas products!!!
