Evinrude - what year

I just purchased a 60 HP Evinrude outboard - it looks like the Model is 60753A and the S/N is 6542992

Can anybody tell me what year it is?

Your help will be much appreciated
 
I got the motor started – had to hook up a new starter. Thediagram shows a choke switch – can I use a generic switch?

Also I don’t know if I should use a 1:50 or 1:24 oil gasmix?
You help is much appreciated as I am new to this
