My 86 260 alpha 1 had the bulb shaped coupler (no grease fitting). Can the triangle plate coupling kit (spline shaft included) be used instead? It is engine A400584 and has the 12 3/4 flywheel. If I pull the outdrive every year do I need it? Thanks
