2013 Mercury 115 4 stroke dies when under load

My mercury 4 stroke 115 starts and runs fine when we put the engine in gear and drive for a short period of time say 5 minutes the motor starts missing and dies ? Best game plan to solve my problem?
 
what have you done to it? how new/old is the gasoline? filters? did it just start with the engine running fine before or has it been sitting or? how much use has the motor had and has it been properly serviced?
 
Just checked the ohms at each coil, changing plugs today, gas is new, filters new, we run motor all summer has 250 hours on her, we had serviced before we put it to bed for winter, had 2 head bolts loose so they got tightened, have 50 psi on fuel line.

Well the fuel lift pump didn't solve our problem so going on with in fuel module and changing regulator, float and high pressure pump.
