Nissan NS5B gear shift handle question

My motor stand tipped over and my outboard landed on the gear shift handle, shattering it into a hundred pieces. Replacement looks like it could be complicated; could you give me an idea of what replacing it involves?
 
You must pull the power head off. You will then need a new handle, a couple of o-rings, and a new base gasket.
