Need help with year of engine

I'm trying to find out the year of my engine. The serial # is OC161373. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

As you haven't given make or HP,I'm guessing it's a Merc,0C161373 is an '89 number

I'm sorry, it is a 60 hp Mariner.

Same thing,just a Mercury painted Mariner colours and sold as such
