Hi Crew,
Sending out a question in a bottle... Volvo Penta TAMD 60 b hydraulic lock
After a mixer elbow blew in a 30 knot wind I stupidly shut down the motor without throttling back from 2300 rpm. In my defence I had just viewed fire and water shooting around my engine room and panicked Now looking to take out the injectors and wonder do I need to buy a Penta injector puller or not?
Also after great expense, and time I now have a Volvo Penta mixing elbow that only partly fits, so will need to remove the turbo bypass tap and cut down a water return elbow to fit on a into the engine compartment.
Like a detective I would like to ask for any clues on the above mentioned work.
