Hello everyone I am having an issue with my 1980 15hp evinrude. I cleaned the carb in March and it was running fine now all of sudden whenever I start and go full throttle it is not reaching its full power but the throttle is cranked all the way and I go about 6mph then at random times when I stop and start it about 3or 4 times later i can hear it sound louder like it’s reaching its max rpm and then I will be able to go about 18mph at full throttle. So I was wondering if anyone knows what could be the issue. Thanks.
