Tilt trim relay won't reset. $300 new at store. Can I use something else? Picture included

tilt trim circuit breaker. I had to jump to get outdrive up. Ive tested it and its bad. Is there any other way I can wire something less expensive in there? Screenshot_20180425-062819.jpg
 
Why are ya askin' the same question in 2 different forums,..??

Same folks frequent the same forums ya know,.....

Double postin' just leads to Confusion,.....
