1989 Reinell 4.3 omc cobra tilt trim relay circuit breaker $300.00! Any way around this?

I attached a picture on here. $300 in town. I couldn't believe it. I looked online and still almost as expensive. I tested it and it is bad and it wont reset or anything. I know the 1988 models used a different pump and 2 smaller and very in-expensive circuit breakers. Is it possible to wire something like this in, instead of spending $300.00? The Right side has the hot wire on top and ground on the bottom. The left side has the green wire on top (Makes trim go down) the 4th one down is the wire that makes the trim come up. I'm not too sure on what the other wires do.

Ayuh,...... Use 2 relays, 'n a big fuse in the battery wire,.....
