Just a little trim question?

Ok so my trim was working like intermittently, they told me to check my fluid so I did well open and refilled till came out. Then my dumbass had the cap off and hit trim up and BOOM squirting all over the place. So I went to bought some fluid and a pint squirt little gun/can. How much do I exactly pit in
 
Put the tilt in the full up position and then fill the reservoir till fluid comes out. Then cycle it up and down 10 times checking the level while doing it.
