Hello I have a question. I have a 1980 evinrude 15hp and I am having an issue with the starting. Initially in the morning it will start and run fine after first or second pull. Then when I say on the river all day and 9 hours later I go to start it up and it takes 20 pulls before it finally get it to start then it runs perfectly fine. Everything is good with fuel and lines. I was wondering if this is a carb issue or what.
