Evinrude 30hp starting issue

Hello, I have a 89 Evinrude 30hp it seems to be having an issue with the key starting. When you go to start it with the key the ignition solenoid just clicks, I’ve replaced the solenoid thinking it was that. It still just clicks, replaces the ignition still just clicks, checked all the ground and wiring and everything looks perfect I even tried taking the wiring to the starter off and sanding the connectors just Incase still nothing. It also has a brand new power pack. But it I just start the starter it starts up and runs fine with no issues. Any advice would help.

Take starter apart for inspection.----Costs no money to inspect.

But the starter works with no issues upon jump satarting it

Inspect the battery cables. ---Load test the battery.----Replace wee cable from solenoid to the starter ?------Sorry I can not see / hear / feel your motor.

Bend the cables end to end sometimes they corrode under the insulation. The cable will get hot also from the high resistance.

Batterys brand new, and I’ll give it a try

Need some help. I have a 78 115 hp Johnson that has no spark at all. New spark plugs an new coils. Don't know what else it could be
