There are no fundamental issues with those big blocks. A thorough inspection would be in order along with a compression test, at a minimum. Ideally, a complete maintenance log would exist and be ready for inspection. Relays have finite lifetimes so that's not specific to the engines.....scanning the ECU to see how they are running wouldn't be a bad idea either...

Given the 900 hours, I'd say a top end job is not too far out ( 1000 hours is decent service life for the valves) so you want to add that to the evaluation. If the asking price is near top dollar, a survey would be in order too....
