4.5 Evinrude-what's it worth?

hello all. i'm looking for a small motor to use on a square stern canoe. I found a 1984 4.5 h.p. evinrude that supposedly has only had 3 gallons of gas run thru. it does look barely used. from what I could find it ways 45 lbs. the owner weighed it & came up with 56lbs. either way it's within load limits for the boat. any opinions on a ball park on what it might be worth? the asking price is $450.00.
 
I take it that the price is inline then. I've had some older evinrude/Johnson motors & had good luck with them & I was able to work on them myself. I like it that this motor has a reverse unlike many of the newer smaller motors.
