Engine Overheat 1994 V4 90ho Evinrude

I have taken the heads off the block and they were blocked. I have had them soda blasted. Can I coat the inside of the heads in a two part epoxy to stop further salt corosion?

Is there a product that can handle the temperature and salt water to use as a coating?
 
^^Bumped to top just in case some member with the answer might have missed this one. Personally, I've never heard of any solution that would stay put on the water passages to fight salt corrosion. Sounds like someone at one time who ran in heavy salted waters didn't bother to flush the engine out... tied up at a salt water based marina for the season, something of that nature to have the water passages blocked.
