Tohatsu M90A buzzer and starting issue

Hello I have a 1993 90 HP tohatsu outboard. I have been having problems with my trim switch and decided to buy a new remote control box with trim switch and it also came with a complet power cord to plug in to the motor. I just finished installing and have a problem. The trim/tilt is work great but when I turn the swith one click to the on position the buzzer continuously sounds off and when I turn the key to start nothing happens. Checked and cleaned the battery connection but still nothing. any help would be appreciated.
 
What control box are you using? Are you triggering the starter solenoid correctly? Are the motor control cables adjusted so that you are in N at the motor when the control box is in N?
