2001 bf 115 repower after sitting for a decade

Long story short...I pulled this Honda off my cousins boat and put it on my '95 trophy 1802 wa . I put in new ignition switch, wiring harness , fuel filters , pulled the plugs squirted some wd40 in each cylinder, turned the prop by hand to be sure it wasn't siezed. Then , put the earmuffs on and cranked it over several times. I have fuel in the front filter, fuel coming through the pump, but not in the filter on the side towards the rear. I cranked quite a bit thinking it would take a minute to get the system primed, but it didn't start . Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance...Dimitri

You have fuel, check for spark at a plug.

Thanks for all the help guys , boat went to the shop....so far , high pressure fuel pump is being replaced...kick in the wallet.... I'll update when the boat gets home
