Tilt/trim up on 1976 Johnson 100

Trims down doesn’t make a peep on up
was setting for a year

?----Is this the tilt only unit or the power trim with the 2 external cylinders ??----Find the 3 wires that go to the motor.----put black to - tive and blue to + tive.----Should go up if everything in the motor is good.
