Clevis nut in remote control

1977 115 hp control box. How do I disconnect the throttle and shift cable. The clevis nut does not seem to have any way to put torque on it as it is round.

I figured it out. Just in case anyone else is trying to get there. There are Allen nuts inside the round nut part.
