Boat has been sitting since 2010, 305 engine I/O. Put away with a full tank of gas, added stabil at the time but other than having to put in fresh fuel, fuel lines, batteries, rebuild out-drive, boat has been covered. Critters I'm sure so probably wiring too. Owner wants 14K which includes common gages, GPS. Engine hasn't run since, what do you think, too much?
