Hello all, a newbie here. I need help with carb set up with my outboard. I have tried to purchase a Mercury shop manual for this engine, with no luck finding one. So I bought an online (pdf) manual hoping it would have info and specs I need, again, with no luck. I'm hoping someone here will help me out. One question I have is, does the spring in the throttle arm require a round of pre load? Also, wanting to know how to line up throttle link marks with proper clearance etc.
