Older Chris-Craft, In-board, not an I/O. Boat was found on the bottom per the owner, pulled it back to the top. Ok time to pull the plugs and evacuate the water with a compression test. Owner decided to give it up for little. So i'm wondering how much damage, time and effort to repair, is it worth it? Not sure how or why it sank, been fine since retrieved. Figured maybe packings leaking on the prop shaft?

Any non-tinned electrical wiring will begin to corrode....... salt or fresh water..... it's just a matter of time!

The engine should have been prepared and fired up asap!

In my opinion you'd need to be absolutely in love with this boat in order for it to be "worth it"!
