Mercury 2006 30HP EFI Outboard revs to limit on start

I just finished replacing the throttle body assembly on the engine due to extreme corrosion and put everything back together and now when I start the engine it revs to the limit.

The brass choke is closed when it starts. It was idling before I started I started the replacement and now it wont.

Any idea's ?
