75hp Mercury ELPTO lower unit Oil ?

Hey guys I am going to change my lower unit oil in my 2002 Mercury 75hp 2 stroke ELPTO and was wondering what "weight " oil I should be using. I don't remember if I used 80 or 90 the last time I did it. I see some lower unit oils that say 80/90 some just 80 and some just 90. What should I be using ?

Either should be good. I use a Valvoline blended synthetic on mine. It mixes with the water somewhat so failure is not an immediate circumstance. I need to be prudent since I have an older (much) Merc and it is somewhat incontinent.
