Default A little water in oil. Should I run it to heat up the oil before oil change?

I had a cracked manifold that let a little water in the oil. Should I run it a bit to heat up the oil, or go ahead and change it cold? How many flushings should be sufficient? Do I need to change out the oil filter each time?

Change it until it is clean. Drop the boat in and run it under a load to flash off any water left in the crank case.(this is important)
