Identification urgently needed

Please help finding My Mercury engine. Recently I bought old boat for winter restoration project. The boat came with Mercury engine seral number 09602471 and it was build in Belgium. There's lots of parts missing and I was hoping to find engine diagrams etc. To help Me restore it. Many thanks.

Forgot to mention that it's a 60hp, 3 cylinder engine. Thanks.
 
Thank you very much for your help. My engine needs lots of "attention" It has been saved from certain "death" along with old little boat that it's been atached to. Will add some pics later on. Thanks again :)
