I have a 1996 Bryant limited that has hull damage. Its about the size of a piece of paper or smaller. Seems to be mostly the gel coat and maybe the layer of fiberglass below it is removed. There is also a crack in the gelcoat about 18" spreading to the back of the boat from the large patch. What is the best way to repair this? Build a few layers of fiberglass fabric or mat? Do I use epoxy or polyurethane resin? I have read the epoxy bonds better but the gel coat sticks better to polyurethane resin.
Any help would be great. Thanks
