    Default Seeking Graymarine 4-112 replacement

I have a Graymarine 4-112 that was already rebuilt at least once and is now beyond refurbishing according to an experienced Graymarine mechanic. It powered a wood sailboat and the best replacement option to preserve the existing supporting systems would be to replace it with another Graymarine 4-112. This is for the San Francisco Bay Area. Any leads welcome. Thanks! -Bill

Your little Graymarine is based on a Continental industrial engine (fork lifts, compressors, generators, welders, etc). Once you identify what model Continental engine it is you should be able to pick up a good rebuilt industrial engine and swap over the marine conversion parts.
