THE MOTOR IS FROZE UP. BUT ALL THE PARTS ARE THERE.

i have just purchased trophy 2052 with 4.3 mer thunderbolt none inj engine 2000 model could anybody give me any idea as to what gallons per hour the most economical rpm range which is best size and pitch for prop etc i realise it depennds on sea state current etc is there any fuel gizmoes that may help
in anticipation
