Magnet replacement for Stator on 200 HP 1988

Can I replace a broken magnet on a 1988 200 HP outboard (Serial # 0C137694) or do I need to buy a complete stator kit? Only 1 of the magnets has a chip missing.

Are there magnets both on the flywheel and the Stator, is so I'll have to double check ad see which part has the chipped magnet.

If it is the flywheel an those magnets be changed?
 
1988 should be a 16 amp charging system with bolt in magnets which are NOT replaceable.....if it has the exposed magnets/vented flywheel its a 35 amp system and year is incorrect
