Provide a lot more information than that. What engine?, What year? What SN? what else have you done to the engine recently? etc. etc.

Did you do the compression test with all plugs out, fully charge battery, throttle full open?

130 Honda 4 stroke , all plugs were, fully charge battery
 
Check and adjust the valve clearances.
If the clearances for #2 and #3 were tight, then recheck compressions after adjusting them.
If they weren't tight, you most likely have a leak between #2 and #3 cylinders, likely caused by a blown head gasket.
