silly but can't determine valve seals for 1994 Penta sl 5.0

Would like to know a quality brand and part # that can be bought at local auto parts such as advance. Would like seals to be viton, teflon or other quality design.
would prefer a set of 16. The motor is a 94 302 ford with a roller block using standard non-roller lifters/cam which is factory.

Ayuh,.... For Me, the Best valve stem seals are the ole rubber umbrella seals,....

Ya don't wanta stop All the oil seapin' down the stems, just most of it,....
Otherwise, the stems wear out the guides, causin' other problems,....

Btw,.... Internal motor parts for yer Volvo are plain ole Ford parts,.....

Yes..... listen to Bill re; valve stem lubrication.

I would suggest that you take the cylinder heads into a reputable automotive machine shop. They will know what to recommend.
