I'm the first owner of this engine and boat I've taken very good care of it from day one, with spraying wd-40 on engine changing oils, i winterized it one year and went away with the Military for awhile now I'm retired and want to get boat goings know to take out old fuel change oil new battery, when i used the boat and came back from salt water i ran engine in a barrel of fresh water and a little soap I've never had problems, not I'm retired from the Military,do u think i need to change impeller since I've always washed engine.im from New york. i know i need batter what else can i do to get this up and running.i also know i will need along with batter jumper cables to help start engine because its been sitting for a few years maybe 3-4. please help a veteran, 28 years thank you
