Hello Folks,
New member here. I am looking for advice. My Fuel Pump/VST (?) Drain Screw head is stripped and the screw is stuck. That is the one that opens up the bottom of the fuel pump to purge out the water through the small clear bleeder hose. I am having problems with the motor not starting and in the past always could drain the water and it would fix the problem. I am considering to replace the entire "fuel pump" small section. Schematics Part#26, Case,Pump, 16701-ZY3-000 Part #.
I am curious if it is as simple as removing the attaching bolts for that case section or does the ENTIRE UNIT have to be removed?
