2007 Honda Vtech 150HP outboard won't restart when warm

Howdy,

I'm new to the forum, but I'm hoping someone may have had some experience with the following issue:

My 2007 Honda Vtech outboard 150HP engine starts on the first try, every time, and it runs well when I take it for the first time on any particular day. However, after I shut it down to get some gas or whatever, it usually won't restart.

When this happens, it doesn't turn-over at all, nor does it click like it would if it was an electrical problem. I simply get three beeps. Each time, I double and triple check that the throttle is in nuetral, and then I pop off the cover, and jiggle the throttle cables for 10 or 15 minutes until it restarts.

Once it restarts, it sounds like there was never any issue at all. No hesitation, or funky noises either.

Could this be a heat issue? I don't have any gauges, but I've never heard any warning beep or anything like that.

I have replaced the throttle cables, along with the neutral safety switch, and the batteries are new, but the problem persists.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks,
