loss of power

i have a 1987 force 125 seems to be losing power have spark in all cylinders replaced fuel filter(water separator)the compression is around a 100 in all cylinders i know there are more tests but I'm new to the boating world any info would be appreciated ps removed the carb bowls looked spotless
 
A better definition of "loosing power" would help??

Loss at high speed / low speed?
Engine revs but doesn't go??

Please explain further.
