I recently rebuilt my lower gear case on my OMC 800 (new drive shaft and bearings). I reinstalled everything and when trying to turn the wheel I get no outdrive movement. The steering cable is brand new, there was nothing wrong with the upper gear case when removed. what could be causing me to be unable to turn the outdrive from port to starboard and back?
