87 3.0 eng water in block from flooded boat fix?

Assuming it sank, you may wanna consider the fuel tank, too. You may have electrical issues as well...beyond that....

You'll wanna get the water out ASAP....drain the oil, change the filter, pull the plugs and put new oil in....spin it over. plugs in, good fuel to the pump and then run it....you want to get it up to operating temp....under load if possible....if it runs well and you are happy it wasn't hurt, then change the oil and filter again....
