Default 1977 70 hp seahorse exhaust baffle

New to boat repairs. I have a 77 johnson 70hp. I bought it a couple weeks ago, hit the water and cylinder filled up with water. I changed head gasket had the head milled. Still filled up so I removed the exhaust cover and manifold . Is it possible to replace the baffle and manifold without removing powerhead?

    yes it is
these are prone to warping, lots of people have replaced these.
but do make sure the block where the plate joins has not corroded !!!
