Which thrust supporter?

Over the weekend,my little bros loss the thrust supporter on the lake.
I looked on the catalogs and found 3 parts. All same price just marked with different # and description. So which one should i buy?

Outboard is a nissan ns 3.5b.

1 is 309622121 (blue)
2nd is 309622122 (gray non interchangeable)
3rd is 309622122
 
Blue and grey were for older motors.

THRUST SUPPORTER Part 309622121 was superceded to 309622122M
That was superceded by the newer clip type rod. The only rod currently available is the newer one:
3F0621600MTHRUST ROD, CLIP TYPE$11.35

/*will not work with older flat bottom stern bracket-will only work with newer s/s bracket*/

If you have a very old motor, this rod will be different than what was originally on it, but you will be able to make it work.
