Recently picked up a 1996 force 9.9 hp. I can hook fuel line from tank prime the bulb and disconnect fuel line and pull it a few times it will fire up and run for 10-15 seconds. If I try to hook line up while it's running it immediately dies. The motor won't even start at all with it hooked up. What would cause this. I have checked fuel pump looks good. Carb was just rebuilt. Thanks
