Looking for opinion or really testing my own thoughts about a problem with my 9.9. Engine starts and runs great, but when coming off WOT to idle it shuts down and will not restart unless it is choked. Bulb is tight and tank/hoses are eliminated. I feel there is a ghost in the transition from wot to idle circuit, possible float issue or something like that. Engine has never been returned to a shop as I maintain all my stuff myself. I am pursuing all theories before going into carb which is the last resort. Any thoughts?
