Help identifying johnson outboard

I recently bought a 2001 Sea Pro 190cc with what they said was a 2000 Johnson 130HP Ocean Pro. I have looked where the model number tag should be and it is not there. The only identifying mark i see is a freeze plug with G4848203 on. IF pictures are needed, let me know and i can post up some pictures.
 
I have an old 4 hp Johnson ( 70s ) The carborator keeps flooding when I run it. If I sqeeze the ball the gas just seems to come out the sides.Any ideas woul;d be helpful.
 
Gort 1120.....You have to start a new Thread for your questions about the 4 HP...when you do, you will get many useful responses.
