1965 Johnson sea horse 5hp wont start

I have used this engine every year and it runs great. This spring it will not start. I have new fuel tank and line, new fuel and oil mixed 50:1, both spark plugs are new and have spark, both cylinders have compression between 80-90.fuel is getting to carb, anyone have any ideas what else I can do?

Checking spark with plugs on the block is not a good test.--------Does spark jump a gap of 5/16" , yes or no ??

Open throttle a bit more.

tried throttle on start and fast no luck

Tried spraying a bit of fuel into the carburetor ?------I have a bunch of these wonderful motors refurbished.------They will all start no problem when done.

what is compression like?Coils points & condenser in good condition? if you have compression fuel & spark it should fire

both cylinders have compression between 80-90.

Ayuh,.... It needs a rebuild, or toss into the scrap heap,.....

Under 100 psi, it ain't gonna run,.....
