Troubleshooting an injector fuel return connection breakage!

Hello, we've recently rebuild the engine, it runs smoothly now,but the connection of the fuel return to the injectors start to break on more than one injector, it breaks right on the injector body, any ideas? or anybody experienced the same?
 
I have a 41 and all injectors return through a common line and it had some leakes in it , replacing was easy and cheap for a volvo penta like $150 .
