Mercury 125 elpto carb upgrade

Hello I have a 2003 merc 125 that kills 2 cyl at low rpm, i belive this is controled thru fuel pressure, not able to get all 4 cyl firing
, can this system be bypassed or removed
 
Idle jets in the bottom 2 carburetors are fixed and very small.---Allow fuel and oil in for lub and cooling.-----Not enuff to run.----Forget about bypassing this set-up !!
 
Your motor is called a 2+2 it idles on the top 2 cylinders and the other 2 cylinders kick in at about 1800 rpm. Racerone is absolutely correct the 2+2 operation is controlled by the carbs not fuel pressure.
